Location
Black Captain bay is a district of Izmir Province of Turkey.  It is at the northern tip of the Balkan peninsula with the  same  name,  and  its  northern  and  western  bays  have  beautiful bays that surround the Izmir bay.
Cesme (38 km)  is the most recently constituted district of Izmir and has
small  guest  houses  and  fish  restaurant.  Its  most  distinctive feature is the setting, with villages and orchards  clinging to the steep rock slopes. In former times and further on the area is famous for  its olives, fish, the  narcissus flower with its unique scent and artichokes. 
There  are  several  bus  services  in  the  area,  although  private vehicles offer more possibilities for exploring.
